ABOUT PLATEAU GOT TALENT (PGT)
Plateau Got Talent is a Talent Management Event, principally aimed at providing a distinctive platform to showcase talents and enhance creativity for the actualisation of socio-cultural and economic empowerment amongst people, especially juveniles.
The initiative is committed to addressing societal ills by helping people discover their natural abilities and maximizing their potentials for the purpose of attaining optimal goals through those abilities.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
* To help discover potential talents.
* To stimulate the creation and advancement of socio-economic values from talented persons.
* To translate talents into becoming instruments for grassroots development.
* To espouse natural abilities embedded in individuals, especially the youths, to serve as a means through which they can be empowered for the purposes of personal and societal growth.
* To serve as a module for juvenile delinquency prevention.
* To help boost the self-esteem and confidence of talented youths in advancing their talents
ARTS/PERFORMANCE:
Performance features are Shows and Entertainment based; including variety of talents such as:
* Music
* Comedy
* Poetry/Spoken Words
* Dance
* Gymnastics
* Instrumentation
* Disc Jokey (DJ)
* Fine Art/Painting among others.
CONTEST DURATION:
The Contest is scheduled to last for 3months. The first month is basically for entries, while the subsequent months are for the contest proper.
TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Contest is open today individuals of all age.
– Contestants MUST be consistently ACTIVE ONLINE and have GOOD FOLLOWERSHIP.
NATURE OF CONTEST:
* Contest is online and Physical
* Contest is Open to EVERYONE across the age grades
* Contest includes VOTING.
* Live Shows will be shown on Crest TV YouTube Channel.
JUDGING CRITERIA:
– Active Participation in tasks.
– Adherance to competition Rules
– Voting
– Talent and performance techniques(communication with audience and stage management).
PRIZES:
* WINNER
✓ 1million naira Worth of Prizes.
-500,000 cash, endorsement contract and other lifetime opportunities.
* All Terms will be clearly detailed in the contract paper.
* 1ST and 2ND RUNNER UP goes home with Consolation Prize.
