Queen Dim-Fat Atukum, Face of Plateau 2020 and her team went on a courtesy visit today, 8th Oct 2020 to the Executive Secretary Plateau State Muslim Pilgrim Board Jos. Barr. Auwal Abdullahi.
The Queen was given a warmed welcome by the Secretary of the Board, and in her speech she appreciates Barr Abdullahi and his team for their hospitality while introducing the Plateau Cultural Day being the reason for the visit. In her words: “We are organizing the Plateau Cultural Day and we are here to solicit for partnership and support”.
She further stated that “Culture promote unity and peace among tribes and religions” while emphasizing on the need for the Board to partner with the Laudable event.
The queen also stated that, “civilization has almost taken culture from us and that is why there is a need to celebrate the cultural day”.
Barr. Abdullahi on behalf of the Board said: “we are very happy to have you as our August visitors this morning, my joy knows no bound, we appreciate you for choosing us to be part of your partners and we will not let you down, the secretary assured them of the Board maximum support. A letter of invitation was presented and pictures were taken afterwards.
